I have not done that in a long time now thanks to a wonderful friend showed me not to.
Led me to resist both.
Not to cut my arms and see the blood trickle down.
And not to use drugs that I've been eager to take,
But a really good hug is what I need.
That you are in my heart there is one thing that is certain
And without you, there's no wound that can heal.
